Attorney Nyanza L. Moore is a seasoned property insurance litigator representing commercial and residential property owners all over Texas. She concentrates on all civil litigation matters with an emphasis on business litigation and real estate.  She serves as a court-appointed Special Commissioner to assess damages due to the property owner in condemnation and eminent domain cases.  Attorney Moore also serves as a court-appointed Receiver who is authorized to take possession of properties, make transfers and sell as authorized by the Court.   

With her extensive background in property matters, Attorney Moore is frequently called upon to share her knowledge on KRIV FOX26 News Houston, Majic 102.1, 97.9 The Box and Boom 92 radio stations.

For 20 years, Attorney Moore has practiced as a litigation attorney representing plaintiffs. Her focus has included property litigation, commercial and business tort litigation, divorces involving substantial property assets, and financial and real estate law with a particular emphasis in deceptive trade practices (DTPA), which she describes as the “bad faith version of business litigation." Mrs. Moore has considerable experience representing property owners against large financial institutions and is passionate about advocacy for her clients.

Attorney Moore is licensed in Texas, and has been licensed to practice for 20 years. She is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
